Before delivery You can cancel your order and get a refund anytime before you receive your item by contacting us on support@monqi.co

If your item has already been shipped, you will need to return it before we can process the refund
If your item has not been shipped, we will process the refund within 48 hours of your request for a refund.

After delivery You get 14 calendar days to return any items you're not quite sure about. This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order. Please contact support@monqi.co before returning your item so we can provide you with detailed instructions.It is also important you return the items unused, with all accessories and in their original packaging. If the goods are not fully resalable you may be subject to a charge. Returns postage will be at your own expense. Faulty Goods Faulty goods purchased through our website can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Subject to confirmation any fault has not occurred through customer misuse). Before any returns, remember to get in touch at support@monqi.co so we can give you detailed return instructions. After 30 days defective goods are to be returned to the manufacturer for a repair if under warranty. The minimum warranty is 12 months but may be up to two years depending on the manufacturer. Please contact support@monqi.co and we can provide you with the contact details of the manufacturer and terms of their warranty.
